Customer Accounts and Customer Groups
Customer Account
From Shoperb’s eCommerce platform under "Customer Management", you’ll find Customers and Customer Groups. This is especially handy if you want to save time on asking separately your customer details. Why you should collect details of your customers? It's always good to stay in touch with them, send sweet deals from your online shop and build your CRM automatically rather than spend hours and days typing by yourself.

Let’s start with the "Customers". Every time a new customer places an order on your store, their name and all the details will be added to the "Customer" list.

When you have created a customer, you’ll have a view like this:

From there you can find all the information about the customer, their last purchase, what have they bought, total spent and last login date. You can also add notes about that customer and disallow them logging into the account.
Customer Groups
Moving next to the "Customer Groups". This can also be found under the "Customer Management."
When you’re there, click "Add New" and it lets you insert the Group name. When you’re done, click "Add".
After you have created the groups, you’ll have an overview like this, where you can edit your groups if needed.

Customer Groups makes your marketing campaigns easier. For example, if you want to create discounts for certain customers, you can easily create this on Shoperb’s ecommerce platform.
Discounts for Customer Group
When you are done with adding customers to the group, the next step is "Discounts"under the drop-down menu on the left. Click "New Discount", add all the fields. Now move on to "Discounts Applies To".
If you want to choose "Customer Groups", then add what kind of group you want that discount to be added to and you’re done. Now you have an easily manageable list of your top customers for a quick view or search when needed.

If you are a company that offers wholesale or works with resellers, you might find Customer Group feature very useful for your online store. When your re-seller logs in, they can see the special prices that are only offered to them.
If you want to have more control over your store. There is a way to accept new customers manually. Under the "Settings" go to "General" menu, you can untick the "Customer auto-accept". This way you will have full control over who can have access to your special prices.
