E-mail Templates
In Shoperb you can set up automatic emails so your customers are always up to date. General template setting affect design for all technical emails like order notifications, shipping statuses, and others.
Go to "Settings" and "Email template":
Click "Edit Settings"
Modify "General Template"
Add your logo, text size, heading font, main font and colors,
Note: If you tick a box for "Support section", it will show your contact details at the bottom of your email.
If you tick a box for "Social links", you are also sharing your social media to your clients.
Click "Revert Changes" on the upper corner if you would like to put your details to default.
Click "Save" if you have finished with editing.
Click on the email template you would like to change and edit in HTML or text.
Click "Send Test Email" and test your notification emails before sending them to your customers
For changes, click "Revert Changes"
Click "Save" and your email is good to go
