How to manage orders?

In this article we will discuss how order has a status which can be changed during the order cycle process.   

A new order

When an order is created, its status will be a blue icon next to orders in menu tab, which will also indicate how many new orders you have. When the order status is changed, the number on the icon will change accordingly. 

Shipment, payment information and order status

Every product that requires shipping will be needing a shipment status in the order view. Therefore, when an order comes in, you need to mark three things: the payment information, shipment information and order status.

If you choose an order from the list, you have a choice:

You can "Mark as paid", "Fulfil items" and "Cancel" order. 



"Print" option in order view will open the invoice view that can then be printed out.
