# How to add "Agree to terms" to your store?

To make sure your customers are aware of your terms and conditions, you can add them under **"Pages"** section in the admin panel. 

First create a page with the correct name for these conditions **("Terms and Conditions"**, **"Terms of use"** etc).

Then find the page you created:

1. Go to **"Navigation"**
2. Then to **"Checkout"** and scroll to bottom. Choose the pre-created terms page.

This will appear on the last step of the purchase process, one step before the checkout page.
 
If you click **"Link"** you can also edit the **"Terms and conditions"**:
