# How to make categories visible to clients?

If you have created categories then automatically they don’t appear on your webpage. You need to make them visible to clients so they can make finding products easier.

You can make categories visible by adding them to your main menu or making adding them as a submenu.

Making **“Categories”** section visible in main menu (in header or footer).

1. Choose **"Navigation"** → **"Menus"**

Choose **"Header"** or **"Footer"** (where do you like to show your categories) and click **"Edit"**. Usually categories are shown in **Header**.

Choose **"New Link"** (upper right corner) to add a new menu element as **"Categories"**:
